He provides strategic guidance to senior living and affordable housing organizations navigating development, operations, and growth.
Executive and operating experience
Mr. Waterhouse formerly served as president, chief executive officer, and vice-chairman of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, a $1 billion senior living organization.
He previously held executive leadership roles at ClubCorp, Ginn Resorts, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Waterhouse holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas.
