A's Stadium Visionary
Management of various aspects with the design team to develop and refine the proposed Howard Terminal master plan for the Oakland A’s that includes a 35,000 seat MLB baseball stadium, 3,000 residential units, 1.5 million SF commercial, 400 hospitality rooms, 270,000 SF retail, and a 3,500-seat performance center.
Mandela Station TOD
As Development Manager for the 1.5 million SF Mandela Station Transit-Oriented Development, I led a mixed-use project featuring 762 residential units (522 market-rate, 240 affordable), 300K SF life science offices, 53K SF retail, and a transit plaza. Secured 116Minstate/localgrants(43M for infrastructure, $73M for affordable housing).
