Don Trainor is a seasoned construction professional with a wealth of experience in the hospitality, esidential and tenant improvement markets. Don’s responsibilities included oversight of feasibility tudies, budgeting, hiring of architects, engineers, and general contractors at all phases from start to urnover to operations. Don served 10 years as Vice President of Howard S. Wright Constructors and s Regional Manager of the San Francisco office, developing a Special Projects Group focused on otel renovations and tenant improvement. He also served as a Principal for the company’s in-house onstruction Management group. on also served as the Vice President of Construction at the Kimpton Group where he oversaw the onstruction and renovation of over 20 new hotel projects nationwide. Prior to Kimpton, Don was ice President of Skanska, formerly Baugh Construction working in Seattle, Portland, and northern alifornia. Don received his BA from Washington State University
