Mark H. Stisser

Mr. Stisser is the Managing Partner of Tur Partners, a premier global investment advisory firm. The Firm was founded by the Honorable Richard M. Daley and his son Patrick R. Daley. Mayor Daley was the longest serving mayor in Chicago history exceeding the service of his father, the Honorable Richard J. Daley. Furthermore, Richard’s brother William “Bill” Daley was commerce secretary under President Clinton who also served in numerous other high-ranking positions across multiple administrations and has held senior leadership roles in a few of the nation’s most significant financial institutions. Tur provides strategic advisory services, secures financing, and guides investment strategies for cities, corporations, institutional investors and HNW individuals around the world. Mr. Stisser is a management and operations strategist with 25+ years of experience in financial services and investment banking. Mark is notable in capital formation, turnarounds, corporate restructuring, and strategic initiatives. 7 Mark’s investment and operational experience encompasses real estate development, asset management, cpg, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, insurance, logistics, retail, and telecommunications. Currently, Mr. Stisser also serves as a senior advisor to multiple asset managers,
private equity, and venture capital funds. He is also an ardent supporter and advisor to the Jack Kemp Foundation and Empower America. Mr. Stisser is active in his community, helping numerous non-profits and urban youth development programs. A Chicago native, Mr. Stisser resides in Dallas with his wife and five children. He holds a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
